My Life in Northern Palm Beach...Happy to be Here

People who don’t know me will sometimes ask, “Are you an advisor for investors...or are you a REALTOR®”

 The answer is, I’m both.

If you were to go back prior to my real estate beginnings, you’d be surprised to see what I’m doing now. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, my career plan was to be in law enforcement. However, as America was emerging from the Great Recession, my stepmom, who is a U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, needed some assistance. I offered to serve as a paralegal, focusing on Chapter 7 bankruptcies, to enable her to sell assets to pay creditors. While helping her, I created a program to approach banks with "underwater" properties and show them how to prevent those properties from going further into foreclosure.

That’s when I earned my real estate license and met several investors for whom I helped find great investment properties. Later, I started using my connections and my license to help people list and buy homes.

I found I loved both the investor and residential aspects of the job. Due to my knowledge of real estate, the properties in Northern Palm Beach, and the law, I gained an excellent reputation with both investor and residential real estate clients. To this point, that reputation has led to the majority of my business coming from referrals and repeat clients who know they can count on me.

One of the real joys I have in both areas is the opportunity to help my clients understand what they need to know to make the best possible decisions.

The other joys I have been away from my work.

As a native of the Northern Palm Beach area, its laid-back lifestyle is perfect for me. When I can, I take full advantage of its oceanside restaurants and multitude of recreational activities, like fishing, golfing, and hanging out at our beautiful beaches. Among the beaches I love is Juno, where there’s a section set aside for pets and I can play with our two rescue dogs, Carlton and Dwight.

When I feel the need to escape to a nearby getaway, the excitement of Miami and the theme park fun of Orlando are only short drives away. And, when the travel bug bites once again, major international airports can whisk me to anywhere in the world I want to be.

So, here I am. Happy in my Northern Palm Beach area home, where I continue to serve a long list of satisfied clients and am able to enjoy the lifestyle that was perfectly meant for me.
